Climatic was founded for two kinds of people: homeowners who are tired of being sold to, and technicians who are tired of selling.
Climatic Heating & Air started in a garage in Concord with one truck, a set of gauges, and a frustration shared by everyone who's ever worked on a residential HVAC system the right way: too many homeowners were being told to replace systems that simply needed a part.
The math wasn't complicated. A failed capacitor, a tripped float switch, a dirty flame sensor — none of these are reasons to spend ten thousand dollars. But they were being treated that way, again and again, because some companies pay technicians more to sell systems than to fix them.
We built Climatic on the opposite principle. Our technicians are paid to diagnose accurately, communicate honestly, and recommend the right thing — even when the right thing is a forty-dollar part.
The result is a company that homeowners trust enough to call again, and that great technicians choose to spend their careers at. That's it. That's the whole company.
